Jessica Simpson Stressing Out Over Losing Weight
Signing a $4million deal with Weight Watchers to shift her baby weight might have seemed like a good idea at the time, but now Jessica Simpson is super stressed about the realities of 23kg in just 5 months.
Jessica has been spotted going to the gym a number of times since giving birth to Maxwell on May 1, but sources close to the star say she'd much rather stay at home with her baby than focus on getting to her goal weight of 59kg.
"She's so emotional," a friend told InTouch magazine. 'She doesn't want to go to the gym. She doesn't want to leave her baby. Sometimes she just starts crying. It's hard for her.'
Despite the exhaustion of being up with Maxi all night, Jess is focusing on eating healthy and wants to be a good role model for her daughter. InTouch is reporting that Jess has ditched her pregnancy diet of Mac and cheese and fried chicken in favour of oatmeal with berries for breakfast, grilled chicken or salad for lunch and salmon with brown rice for dinner. Jessica is also eating healthy snacks like hummus, carrots and fresh fruit.
